Over the last two decades, we have built a strong track record of providing healthcare services in metro as well as Tier II & III cities across India. Our successful business model in tier II & tier III cities like Kochi, Calicut, Kannur, Guntur, Vijayawada and Kolhapur in the states of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra, have contributed significantly to our growth. In FY 2023-24, Aster DM Healthcare achieved a significant milestone by strategically segregating its GCC and India business, creating two distinct regional healthcare entities. The segregation enabled the India entity to unlock true value and pursue tailored strategies that align with India’s market dynamics. Building on this momentum, in FY 2024-25, Aster DM Healthcare, India announced a merger with Blackstone-backed Quality Care India Ltd., which is currently progressing through the necessary regulatory, corporate, and shareholder approval processes.
